What we collect

When you ask for a quote: your name, phone, email if you give it, the services you want, anything you write, and any photos you send. Photos of the job are all we need, so leave people out of them.

What we use it for

To quote the job, book it and keep a record of the work. We don't sell your details or pass them on for marketing.

Where it's kept

This website and its quote form are run by Netlify, a United States company, which stores what you send, photos included, in the United States. From there your request and photos go into our customer list, which is stored in Sydney by Supabase and runs on Vercel, also a United States company.

Ostley, the Sydney business that built and runs these systems, can see them to keep them working and is bound to keep your details private.

How long we keep it

Job records and photos stay as long as we need them for the work and our tax records. If you don't go ahead, we delete your details and photos within 12 months.
